About CrossFit Heath:

CrossFit Heath is a strength and conditioning facility that develops individuals, athletes, and teams to reach peak levels of fitness through constantly varied, functional movements, executed at high intensity.  Our training methods produce undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness: from children to elite athletes, and everything in between.

 

Our program combines the most effective training methods of weightlifting, gymnastics, and high intensity cardio.  There is not a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities, and drills.

On Ramp Course:

Our on ramp course is required for all of those new to CrossFit Heath. This personal, 1 on 1 course is designed to help familiarize you with the CrossFit terminology, and also to equip you with the foundations of various CrossFit lifts and movements. This course will help you safely progress based on your current level of fitness. Please call, email, or come in today to sign up for these classes. 3 Day course, Call or Email Us to schedule your on ramp session. *$75 start up fee.

 

CrossFit Classes:

Our CrossFit Class consists of a group warm up followed by a Workout of the Day (WOD) that can be modified for all levels of fitness. Here at Crossfit Heath, we meet you where you are at in your level of fitness.

 

HeathFit - BOOTCAMP Class M-F 9:15am

HeathFit is based on functional fitness, building strength, cardio and core. This class will work for 45 minutes starting with a group warm-up, transitioning into the workout, then finishing with a cool down. No "on ramp" required for this class.

 

Drop - Ins:

First drop -in is on us! After the first day in, every day after is $25 fee.
