SHOUT OUT MOMENT: Our Crossfit Kids are crushing the 2018 Crossfit Games Open! They’ve been working hard all year. Be sure to look into our summer program for kids ages 6-10yrs and teens 11-14yrs.

Friday Night Lights: Coaches will be doing 18.3 4-4:30pm. we will be running heats from 4:30pm on! Even if you don’t plan on doing 18.3 Friday night, come by and support your fellow CFH fam!
