CrossFit Classes:

Our CrossFit Class consists of a group warm up followed by a Workout of the Day (WOD) that can be modified for all levels of fitness. Here at Crossfit Heath, we meet you where you are at in your level of fitness.

 

 

HeathFit Class: BOOTCAMP, Limited Class Times (Monday – Friday 9:15am ONLY)

HeathFit is based on functional fitness, building strength, cardio and core. This class will work for 45 minutes starting with a group warm-up, transitioning into the workout, then finishing with a cool down. No "on ramp" required for this class.

 

 

Competitor’s Program:

Whether it is local competitions or the CrossFit Games, our Competitor’s Program can help you achieve your goals.  This program consists of higher intensity workouts and more advanced movements. In addition to implementing this program into your daily workouts, Ask any of our coaches for more information about accessing these workouts.

 

 

 

"Make Up Day" Class:  Sunday at 1:30pm – 3:30pm

Sunday's give you the opportunity to come in and make up a WOD (workout) that you may have missed during the week.

 

 

Strength and Skills Class: Saturdays at 8:00am

 

On RAMP Course For Those Brand New To CrossFit:

Our on ramp course is required for all of those new to CrossFit Heath. This course is designed to help familiarize you with the CrossFit terminology, and also to equip you with the foundations of various CrossFit lifts and movements. This course will help you safely progress based on your current level of fitness. Please call, email, or come in today to sign up for these classes.

 

On RAMP Course: $75

 * First Month Only.

 

CrossFit Classes:

Our CrossFit Class consists of a Workout of the Day (WOD) and a Strength/Skill Workout of the Day (SWOD).  We will always offer a scaled version of that days workout for those who are still progressing or for those who just prefer a more modified workout.
